FAQ
How do I book you?
Reach out through the contact form or email with your project details, preferred dates, and location. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, the booking can progress. From there, we’ll plan everything needed before the session or event.
What’s the best way to enquire about a custom project?
If you’re working on something outside the standard sessions, send over the details through the contact form or email. Once I have the basic info like the idea, timing, location, and what you’re looking for, we’ll talk through the direction, coverage, and what makes the most sense for the project.
How do I pay for your services?
Photography services are invoiced to the client. Payment is via bank transfer, card payment or wallet payments such as Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay within 2 weeks of invoice date for ongoing clients or upfront/prior to images being released for one off/new clients.
What is your turnaround time?
Generally images are available next day (unless otherwise advised). Floor Plans and Video Renders may take up to 24-48 hours to deliver.
How will I receive my images?
Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you’ll be able to view, download, and share your images easily. The resolution of images is approximately 2048 pixels (long edge). Higher res images are generally not required unless for print media such as signboards, flyers, newspapers etc., If you require such images please contact us.

Are there any additional travel costs?
I am based in Bathurst, NSW and service the Central West and Blue Mountains areas. Some properties outside of Bathurst may attract additional travel costs to the photo packages offered. Please see the list below.
